Terms of use
Conditions for reading vehicle-care information and discussing a separately agreed service.
1. Who publishes these vehicle-care pages
This website is published by GARAGEM 43 ESTETICA AUTOMOTIVA LTDA, at its stated address in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. Garagem 43 is the registered trading identity used on the pages. These conditions explain browsing and the enquiry tool. English text and the domain name do not create an office or service location in the United States. The actual parties and conditions of any vehicle-care engagement must be identified separately. These website conditions do not replace an accepted quotation, a specific undertaking or protections that apply by law.
2. Choosing between care topics
The washing, polishing and bodywork pages help organise an initial conversation. They distinguish general purposes and questions to raise, rather than define a fixed package suitable for every vehicle. Read the full description associated with a care topic instead of relying on a headline or photograph alone. A vehicle’s existing condition, surface treatment, prior repair and the area concerned can affect the work discussed. The website does not assess an individual vehicle, certify a proposed repair or promise that a visible mark will disappear.
3. A draft is an introductory communication
The enquiry tool creates a local preview and offers an email link. It does not transmit a message through a website backend or confirm that a mailbox received it. Review the recipient, topic and text before deciding to send through your own application. An enquiry does not accept a price, allocate staff, establish a completion date or reserve a vehicle receiving slot. When timing matters, obtain a response through the agreed communication channel instead of relying on a preview, a browser message or an unacknowledged email.
4. Agreeing the work on the actual vehicle
Before authorising a service, identify the vehicle, the relevant areas and the work included. Discuss known previous repairs, coatings and concerns that may affect the assessment. The person providing the proposed service should clarify its scope, relevant limitations and the intended result. Changes discovered during assessment or work require clear communication under the actual agreement. The general pages do not authorise additional chargeable work, substitute for approval of a repair or resolve a disagreement about what a separate quotation included.
5. Charges, currency and payment arrangements
These pages do not publish a vehicle-specific price or collect a payment. A later quotation should state the amount, currency, included work and any relevant additional costs. Clarify deposits, payment methods and conditions with the actual provider before committing. There is no website subscription activated by choosing a care topic, and a completed enquiry does not debit an account. Do not enter card data, banking credentials or payment authentication codes in the message field. A payment made under another arrangement concerns that recipient and agreement.
6. Arrival, collection and vehicle information
Confirm receiving arrangements, the expected service period and collection details before travelling to the published address. The website does not promise walk-in availability or a particular opening schedule. Provide accurate information relevant to the work and explain any constraints that matter to the arrangement. How keys, personal belongings, vehicle condition and handover records will be handled belongs in the actual service discussion. A general description here cannot establish the condition of a vehicle at arrival or settle a later disagreement about its condition.
7. Photographs and the vehicle diagram
The opening photograph is clearly identified as illustrative stock photography. It does not depict Garagem 43 staff, premises, equipment or completed work. The original vehicle diagram separates areas for orientation; it does not represent a customer’s car, a damage inspection or a repair specification. Those visual aids should be read with the service descriptions and captions. They do not establish available vehicle models, particular cleaning equipment, a finish guarantee or a history of projects. Confirm any specific representation needed for an actual engagement.
8. Lawful use and material in a message
Use the contact route for a genuine enquiry and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit another person’s documents unnecessarily, impersonate a vehicle owner or include malicious code or authentication secrets. Discuss a suitable channel before providing confidential material requested later. The website does not gain ownership of your message or an unlimited right to promote your vehicle merely because you ask a question. Ordinary browsing and accessibility tools remain appropriate; interference with systems or access to other people’s records is not authorised.
9. Protected material and other services
The Garagem 43 identity, original site content, software, fonts and illustrative photography may involve rights held by different parties. Viewing the website does not transfer those rights. Reuse should respect the applicable licence, permission or legal exception, and should not imply another party’s work is yours. An email application or external destination operates under its own conditions. Check the provider and destination when leaving the site. A link, photograph or technical hosting provider does not establish that party as the supplier of vehicle-care work.
10. Corrections, concerns and continuing rights
If a page is unclear, a link fails or information appears inaccurate, identify the page and the point that needs checking. Keep relevant quotations, approvals, handover records and correspondence when raising a service concern. Responsibility depends on the actual facts, applicable agreement and law; these conditions do not remove mandatory remedies or excuse a binding misrepresentation. The publication date identifies this edition, and a later revision does not silently rewrite an earlier arrangement. Available complaint or dispute procedures remain available independently of a general website enquiry.
