Cancellations and refunds
How to raise a cancellation, service concern or repayment question about an actual arrangement.
1. Locate the arrangement behind a charge
The website does not take money for reading a care page or preparing a draft. If you need to discuss a refund, first identify the vehicle-care arrangement, provider and payment involved. A quote, approval, receipt or ordinary transaction reference can help locate the matter. Preparing a website message does not itself cancel that arrangement or reverse a payment. State whether your concern is a cancellation, a changed scope, a duplicate charge or work that you consider different from what was agreed.
2. Cancellation before the work begins
If you need to change or cancel a planned service, contact the agreed provider promptly and explain the relevant booking or proposed work. Check any conditions accepted for that specific arrangement, including a deposit or costs already authorised. No universal cancellation charge, deadline or entitlement is invented by this general page. The effect depends on the actual agreement, what has happened and applicable rights. Obtain acknowledgement rather than assuming that an unreceived email or a locally prepared draft reached someone before a relevant time.
3. Questions after vehicle-care work
Explain the area of the vehicle concerned, the work agreed and the difference you want reviewed. Preserve the relevant quotation, approval and handover information. The appropriate response can depend on the condition recorded, the service supplied and the applicable obligation. This website does not declare every appearance concern refundable or dismiss a valid concern because a service involved labour. Describe the requested outcome clearly, and ask the responsible provider what assessment or further information is appropriate before arranging unrelated corrective work.
4. Sharing evidence proportionately
A concise explanation and ordinary service or payment reference should be the starting point. Do not put a full card number, banking password, identity document or another owner’s unrelated information into the website form. If photographs or other documents are needed, confirm a suitable recipient and method of transfer; this form has no file uploader. Keep the original material and relevant communications. Avoid assuming that a browser preview, an image of a receipt or a draft link establishes that evidence was received or reviewed.
5. Agreeing a remedy and any repayment
Where a remedy or repayment is agreed or required, confirm its scope, amount, currency, recipient and practical method with the responsible party. A card issuer, bank or other payment provider can have a separate processing role. The website does not process a refund and cannot represent an unverified banking completion time. Check whether an agreed response concerns further assessment, corrective work, a price adjustment or repayment, rather than treating those different outcomes as interchangeable. Retain the confirmation relevant to the actual arrangement.
6. Rights and unresolved concerns
A published general policy does not erase a mandatory remedy, an accepted contractual entitlement or an available complaint route. Raise the part of a response that remains disputed and identify the facts you believe were missed. Keep the date, service details and correspondence needed for a proportionate review. Consumer protections and dispute procedures depend on the applicable circumstances and law. This page does not impose an exclusive forum, an unconfirmed response deadline or a blanket rule that every automotive service is either non-refundable or automatically refundable.
